continued---How to arrange food for everybody throughout the world is not the concern of this article ;  the objective being of providing such quality and quantity of food to make a healthy living without being subject to frequent ill health and morbid conditions. There are measures of adequate food in varying proportions for each category or class of people like child male/female, adult male/female depending from heavy manual worker to white colored sedentary workers, old people male/female and so on and so forth. The quality of food is and includes balance diet which should comprise carbohydrate, protein, fat, essential minerals and vitamins (the absence of any of which may bring in disease ), unadulterated, free from all toxin producing substances , unpleasant smell of rotten items sealed in containers, easily digestible for easy assimilation and absorption in the system producing required calories. To attain the aforesaid goals of providing such safeguards is stupendously onerous task which come to devolve on many agencies from the administration of the country to the kitchens of the individuals. To discuss every detail will occupy lengthy space which is considered to be unnecessary as people by and large in the twenty first century have learnt the basics what to eat and what to reject for a healthy living. What however remains to be mentioned in this context that the prevention of food adulteration law/food security laws in many countries particularly in the under developed or developing countries are either porous and the offenders escape easily or non-existent or hardly applied , and as a sequel of the laxity the adulteration in those countries has taken a firm root. Even the giant food commercial agencies with international reputations have been found to market such food products containing ingredients harmful to human health.. Itinerant food sellers or even the roadside food stalls are hardly reliable to provide quality food. Town and city restaurants by and large do scarcely pay heed to  the sanitary and hygienic norms and thus those who rely mostly on these food outlets become victims of various ailments. Home made food is the best security towards maintaining perfect health as the kitchen is the most ideal place to supply most healthy diet and not only that it is the home kitchen which acts as the first laboratory of physics, chemistry and pharmacy even it prepare many remedies to ward off routine illness. The kitchen may also act as the right place how to control the economy of the family by preparing correct budget  to buy the raw materials for preparation of food . People often bank on fast food in the streets as the modern life is too fast to spend time in the kitchen. This is not true , what is required is a little more effort spend half an hour time to make any healthy food in the kitchen and go out to meet the fast life.
